Creamy Feta Dressing

Our Creamy Feta dressing is a little tangy, a little salty, and a whole lot dreamy deliciousness. This dressing is perfect to drizzle on roasted vegetable salads, tomato salads and green salads.

  • Bullet or High Speed Blender or Small Food Processor

Ingredients

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch chilli powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small food processor or high-speed blender.
  • Season and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  • If you find that it is too thick (it should be the consistency of runny mayonnaise) then add some water to loosen.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings according to your liking.

Notes

*This recipe makes just under 1 cup of dressing enough for one salad that serves four people. It comes to approximately 14 tablespoons of dressing, the nutritional information has been calculated per tablespoon.
