Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsps American mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a glass jar or sealed container and season.
  • Shake well until emulsified, taste and adjust seasonings according to your liking.
  • Keep it in a sealed glass container in your fridge for a month or more.
