Ingredients

  • cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese grated
  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Add all the dressing ingredients into a high-speed blender or small food processor, season then blitz until combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings according to your taste.
