Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 3 tbsps chives chopped
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced optional
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings according to your liking.
  • Pour into a sealed glass container and store in the fridge for 4 days or so.
