Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 tsps Harissa paste (make it ½ teaspoon for mild or 2 tsps for hot)

Instructions

  • Find a container that has a tight-fitting lid - glass jars are perfect for this.
  • Add all the dressing ingredients to the container, cover it and shake until emulsified.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings according to your personal preferences.

Notes

NOTE: Enough dressing for one salad that serves 4. If you would like your vinaigrette a bit sweeter then try adding a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
