Ingredients

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all your dressing ingredients in a glass jar.
  • Season with some sea salt to taste and shake until emulsified.
  • Keep it in a sealed container or mason jar for up to two weeks.
    Make sure you bring it to room temperature and give it a good shake before using on your salads.

Notes

* This recipe makes approximately 10.25 tablespoons of dressing which is just under ¾ cup. This is enough dressing for one large salad that feeds 6 people.
