Welcome to my vibrant corner of the internet where I, Anastasia, make seasonal produce the star of your dinner table.

I've always been captivated by the myriad of colours and textures fresh vegetables bring to a meal and I'm on a mission to help you find that same joy.

Salads aren't just a boring side in my kitchen; they're a culinary main event, teeming with nutrients and robust flavours that will have you reaching for seconds.

Whether it's a quick meal prep or a lavish dinner spread, I'm here to ensure your salads are as fulfilling as they are delicious.

From Modest Beginnings

We have a tradition in our family. Once a week we get together at Mum’s house for “Family Dinner Night” and I am always responsible for making the salad and vegetables.

At first, it was Greek salads week in, week out—simple cucumbers and ripe tomatoes that swiftly became the dullest part of our "Family Dinner Night."

But boredom sparked a salad revolution in my kitchen, and with each unenthusiastic forkful, my resolve to elevate these humble dishes grew. I dove headfirst into the vibrant world of salad recipes, each market trip a treasure hunt for fresh vegetables and in-season delights.

My kitchen became a lab, each meal prep an experiment blending hearty superfoods with zesty grains, the crunch of fresh vegetables harmonising with sumptuous gourmet ingredients.

My family's taste buds were the jury; their verdict? A unanimous call for more! Through trials and the occasional misstep, my salads transformed from mere sides to the stars of the dinner table, a joyful melange of colour, texture, and flavour.

My Salad Philosophy

Here's the thing, I steadfastly believe that a salad isn't just a paltry sidekick; oh no, it's the main event, bursting with flavour and nourishment that radiates energy through every bite.

What Salad Fans Say

  • Netta's tastebuds were taken on a journey to another kind of heaven with a pairing she'd never imagined—and she couldn’t get enough. Her wonder and joy were palpable, and she'd tell anyone who’d listen about the sensational taste explosion.
  • Then there was Louis, who looked at one of the salads and found his mouth irresistibly watering. The sight alone was enough to stir hunger and anticipation for the burst of freshness and flavour.
  • Lily, not typically an eggplant fan, gave it a go and was rewarded with a mix so tantalizing it transformed her skepticism into delight. The medley of ingredients didn’t just enhance the taste—they redefined it.
