Our BEST Salads for Thanksgiving!

As we gather around the table to give thanks and celebrate the bountiful harvest, let's elevate our Thanksgiving feast with a delightful assortment of salads that capture the flavours and colours of the season.


1. Exotic Pumpkin Salad

We roast tender pumpkin cubes, generously coating them with a blend of exquisite Moroccan spices and place them on some fresh baby spinach.

2. Sweet Potato Salad with Cranberries

The fragrant Ras El Hanout and aromatic coconut oil in this salad complement the caramelized sweet potato perfectly, the dried cranberries add sweetness while the toasted almonds bring in a nice crunch.

3. Roast Carrots with Harissa & Feta

These harissa and honey-roasted carrots are the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavours. Harissa paste adds a delightful kick and comforting warmth to the carrots. To balance out the heat and sweetness, we sprinkle crumbled feta on top, adding a touch of saltiness that brings all the flavours together beautifully.

4. Spiral Orange and Carrot Salad

This delightful orange and carrot salad combines the crispness of carrots with the juiciness of oranges, all tossed in an aromatic and zesty dressing, It's a perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

4. Pear and Rocket Salad

This salad is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury flavours. The rocket is full of peppery flavour, while the pear adds a juicy sweetness.

5. Rainbow Chard Salad with Mandarin and Avocado

This Chard Salad provides a fresh and delicious combination of crunchy chard, creamy avocado, sweet mandarins, and a zesty mandarin lime vinaigrette. The accompanying seeds add a delightful crunch.

6. Red Cabbage and Fennel Salad with Berry Mayo

The crunch of the cabbage, the aromatic fennel and dill, with the crunch of the hazelnuts and the pretty pink raspberry mayo, are a superb combination.

7. Cabbage Fennel Slaw with Finger Limes

This cabbage and fennel slaw was is exceptional! The finger limes are a delightful addition to the slaw – their tart yet slightly sharp taste was a wonderful contrast to the mild earthiness of the savoy cabbage and the aniseed flavour of the fennel.

8. Purple Brussel Sprouts Salad with Orange and Poppy Seeds

Enjoy the unique sweet and nutty flavor of purple Brussels sprouts in this salad. It features creamy avocado, sweet juicy oranges, and crunchy poppy seeds for a delicious and health-packed experience.

9. Roasted Brussel Sprout Salad

This salad is made with Brussels that have been roasted to a nutty, golden perfection and then tossed with feta, dried oregano, and zingy lemon, plus we have added some dried tomato strips and chilli flakes for an extra kick!

10. Pear and Radicchio Salad

The radicchio's slight bitterness is balanced with a tangy vinaigrette dressing, while the sweetness of the pears provides a delightful contrast; add in some crunchy roasted hazelnuts, and you have a salad that is sure to please.

11. Fennel Mandarin Salad

In this salad fennel and mandarin oranges are complemented by blanched almonds and a citrus vinaigrette.

12. Fennel Orange Salad

Fresh fennel and citrus are a great combination, and the addition of rocket/arugula gives the salad a nice zing. The mustard dressing ties everything together perfectly.

13. Snake Bean Salad

In this salad, sautéing the beans and capsicums gives them a wonderful smokey aroma which worked well with the zing of the lemon and creaminess of the flaked almonds.

14. Yellow Bean Salad

This bean salad recipe is brimming with delicious yellow and green beans, fresh mint, and pine nuts; all smothered in a tangy mustard dressing.

15. Kipfler Potato Salad with Herbs and Lemon

This salad is perfect if you are looking for an alternative to mayonnaise-laden potato salads. It is made by roasting kipfler potatoes until they are crisp and golden, then drizzling them with a zingy lemon olive oil vinaigrette and tossing in a plethora of fresh aromatic herbs.

16. French Green Salad

This is an all time "just can't go wrong with" salad! We have combined fresh leafy greens, cool refreshing cucumbers and healthy fat avocado and smothered them in our super delicious classic French vinaigrette for a salad that suits anything and everything.

17. Creamy, Dreamy Vegan Waldorf Salad

All the Waldorf Salad classic ingredients smothered in a decadent creamy walnut dressing instead of mayo - amazing!

18. Heavenly Purple Cauliflower 

In this salad, aturally sweet and nutty flavour cauliflower is paired with green olives, almonds and coriander seeds for a mix of textures, flavours and aromas that all work together beautifully.

19. Tri Color Salad with Winter Greens

Classic winter greens are partnered with crumbly pecorino and gorgeous sicilian (or Castelvetrano) olives then tossed them in a flavoursome tarragon vinaigrette.

20. Romanesco with Zingy Caper Dressing

If you have never tried romanesco then you are in for a real treat, like broccoli and cauliflower but so much milder, sweeter, earthier and oh so tender. Combined with dried tomatoes, zingy capers and parmesan.

21. Ultimate Green Bean Salad Reciped

Let's transform boring beans into an elegant side dish!We have sautéed crisp-tender green beans, added some buttery hazelnuts, and the zesty sweetness of oranges.

22. Roast Cauliflower Salad

While boiling cauliflower makes it bland and boring, roasting it in the oven deepens its flavour and caramelizes its natural sugars making it moorishly nutty and golden. Great in this salad with the nutty seeds and frangrant fennel seeds.

23. Apple Pecan Salad with Creamy Poppyseed Dressing

Juicy, crisp apples and fresh greens smothered in a decadently creamy orange poppy seed dressing and voila, you will have magic on a plate!

24. Spinach Mandarin Orange Salad

This scrumptious salad features star anise which has a delicate "ouzo" flavour combined with the sweet mandarins, bitter blood oranges and creamy avocado it was just magical.
